Lorenz Telegraph Adaptor TUS 01.

This unit enables teleprinter equipment to be connected into telecommunication systems that used different standards.

It was used to enable German Teleprinters that used 40mA (or American ones that used 60mA) single current on-off signalling
to be connected into British 20 double current 80-0-80 volts systems.

The unit is AC mains powered with voltages in the range 110volts to 240volts.
